Information about your stay
Your apartment is fully self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We provide items such as a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, linen, and bath towels.
Included In Your Unit: A complimentary starter pack is supplied to your room upon arrival. This pack includes a small supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, and a Chux. If /when you require more supplies, you can either purchase them from reception or from the local Woolworths. Woolworths is in Noosaville approx. 15 min walk or 4-minute drive.
Please note: These items are not replenished during your stay. For bookings 10 nights or more a mid-stay linen change is included on direct bookings only.

- Cot hire $30 per night (inc. extra towel)
- Highchair $10 per night
- Rollaway bed hire $40 per night (inc. extra towel)
We do not accommodate schoolies, hens or similar parties. No group gatherings of more than 20 people to gather in the resort at any time. Only 4 guests who are not staying at the resort can visit per room and must check-in at reception. No weddings or elopements are to take place without prior approval with management and fees will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Low Season – 1 night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking and will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival you will be charged for the 1-night deposit. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival you will be charged for the full stay. There is no refund for departing earlier than the booked dates.
Holiday (High Season) Periods – 1 night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking and will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time. Full payment is required 30 days before your stay. Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be charged for the full stay. There is no refund for departing earlier than the booked dates.
Note: There is a 7-night minimum stay policy for holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter). 5-night minimum over School holidays and Noosa Tri. Cancellation for Agent bookings (eg.booking.com) Please refer to the individual agent to cancel the policy. Any changes also need to be made directly with the agent.
Cancellation Policy – A refundable deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required at the time of booking. If full payment is not received within the terms set for your booking season then the property reserves the right to cancel your booking. No refunds for deposits paid will be issued if your booking is cancelled due to lack of payment.
School Leavers (Schoolies)
We reserve the right to reject/refuse bookings from School Leavers and/or University Leavers/Students from mid/late November – early December as we do not have policies, procedures or resources to meet the unique needs of those attending the annual ‘Schoolies’ Event/Festival.
Sunset Cove Resort does not seek ‘Schoolie’ bookings and if on check-in persons holding a booking are found to be attending or participating in the ‘Schoolies’ Event / Festival they will NOT be checked-in to any accommodation and no refunds will be given.
